In the manufacturing of Grinding Unit Cement Plant, Clinker, Gypsum additives or slag are heaped into their respective yards. Subsequently these are carried to the respective jaw crushers with the help of belt conveyors. Jaw crushers convert the big pieces of Clinkers, gypsum additives and slag into smaller pieces where from these pieces go to Bucket Elevators. From the Bucket Elevators these materials are collected in their respective silos.
The materials collected into their respective silos are controlled and adjusted by the table Feeders .The proportionate amount of Clinker, Gypsum and slag are stored into Bucket Elevators through belt conveyor, where from this mixture is stored into Master Hopper. Next, the mixture thus collected into master hopper, is carried to BALL MILL for the final grinding.
After final grinding the finished product is passed into the bucket elevator. From there, it goes to the cement blending silos for blending .After the final blending, the material is stored into cement storage silos and goes for packaging and are ready for sale. First the material has been fed into jaw crusger directly,Where bold pieces are converted into small pieces throw crushing. This crushed material now goes to bucket elevator and after that, it is stored into master hopper . After this process,for final grinding it is fed into ball mill where fine grinding takes place.It is the final stage for grinding now.The finished quantity-from the ball mill is stired bucket elevator. After blending the quantity is stored into cement storage silos then it goes for paccking through automatic packing and ready for despatch.
For the purpose of continuous running and grindin, it seems much better tha Double Ball Mill Arrangement. This arrangement, not only gives continuous production but produce the cement with lesser costs . More over , this Double Ball Mill Arrangement do not require any extra equipment in comparison with Single Ball Mill Arrangement. In this arrangement , the whole unit remains running if one one of the Ball Mill stops working dueto wear & tear or some mechnical break down. It Avoides suspension and production . That is why the production becomes double with the lesser coats. It is more economical. This arrangement may be automatic as well manual. It may be handled easily manpower.
